Chicken Liver Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 lb. halved chicken livers
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until tender, not brown.
    Add chicken livers.
    Season with salt and pepper also paprika.
    Brown livers. Cover; cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream; heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice.
