Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cook chicken in boiling, salted water to cover in saucepan until tender; drain.
Cool and cut into bite size pieces.
Place chicken in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Pour mixture of soup and broth over chicken.
Combine baking mix and milk in a bowl; mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake for 10 minutes longer.
This easy recipe can be prepared ahead and can be frozen.
Yields 6 servings.
