Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded chicken
    1 1/4 c. milk, divided
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large saucepan combine chicken, 1/2 cup of the milk, all the soup and sour cream.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Remove from heat, spoon into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    In large bowl, beat remaining 3/4 cup milk, Bisquick, corn meal and butter.
    Pour over hot chicken, sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Very fast and easy.
    Plus its good.
    Feeds about 4 to 5 people.
