Chicken Olivia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut in large pieces
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix all except oleo, corn flakes and almonds in large casserole dish.
    In frying pan, frizzle corn flakes and almonds in melted oleo for a few minutes.
    Spread over casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
