Louisiana Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large pork chops or 6 chicken thighs (can substitute wings, breasts or other)
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
2 to 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 c. water
2 c. long grain rice
2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning salt
Cajun salt to season meat
1 rib celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic (optional)
Preparation

Season meat generously.
In a 4 to 5 quart heavy pot, heat oil.
Brown meat on all sides and remove.
Meat can be cut from bone or cut into smaller servings if desired.
