Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 pt. cream (Pet milk)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 eggs, boiled and diced
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. turkey, diced
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend flour and butter in a large pan.
    Add cream, soup, salt and water.
    Cook over low heat, stirring to thicken.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
