Poulet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 stick margarine, melted in 1 c. hot water
1/4 c. green onion with tops, chopped
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix stuffing and margarine with water; set aside.
Combine onion, celery, salt and mayonnaise.
Mix well with stuffing mix.
