Quick Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thin in a long baking dish.
    Add sliced onions and then sprinkle rice over this.
    Crumble beef over top of potatoes.
    Pour tomato soup over all in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about one hour.
