Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. oil or applesauce
2 3/4 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs or egg substitute
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. soda
5 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Store unused batter in airtight container.
Do not stir when ready to spoon into muffin cups to bake.
Can sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar or nuts before baking.
