Potato Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken stock
    3 c. milk
    6 c. potatoes, diced
    1 medium leek or onion, sliced
    2 medium carrots
    1 stalk celery
    1 bay leaf
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In chicken stock, cook 2 cups potatoes, 2 whole carrots, celery, leek or onion and bay leaf.
    When cooked, remove bay leaf and carrots.
    In blender, puree the potatoes, celery and leeks with chicken stock. Return to pan.
