Fried Rice And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 medium onions
    1 medium sweet pepper
    1 medium hot pepper
    1 medium head cabbage, cut up
    1 can tomato paste
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Fry rice, onions and pepper in small amount of shortening until it is brown, then add cabbage; cover it with water and add beef and salt to taste.
    Add tomato paste.
    Let simmer for about 30 to 35 minutes, then serve.
