Easy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. oil (canola for no cholesterol)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar (1 or none optional)
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in a bowl.
    Add oil, salt and sugar.
    Mix and add 2 cups flour.
    Stir well.
    Add 3rd cup of flour.
    Leave in bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
    Pour out on floured board.
    Knead about 10 strokes.
    Put in greased pans; let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
