Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 c. cooked egg noodles
2 c. English peas
2 to 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 c. crab meat
1 tsp. crushed fresh garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. cooking sherry
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook onions, celery and pepper in oil until they are clear. In baking dish, add milk and butter and spread on bottom.
Add layer of noodles.
Add layer of celery, onions and pepper.
Add layer of English peas, then add soup.
Add shrimp and crab meat. As you make these layers, at this point, add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add a little of the sherry.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Add buttered cracker crumbs just before taking the casserole out of the oven.
