Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. strawberry gelatin
    1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (9 oz.) frozen whipped topping
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix gelatin and pineapple in saucepan.
    Bring almost to boil; let cool. Add buttermilk, whipped topping, strawberries and nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Let congeal in refrigerator.
