Western Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 c. bell pepper
    16 c. tomatoes (4 large cans)
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and bell pepper; drain.
    Cook tomatoes, rice and Italian seasoning; let it go to boiling.
    Turn down heat; cover and let it simmer until rice is tender.
    Mix with beef. Pour into baking pan or dish.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and melt in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Great.
