1 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 hot pepper
1 sweet pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 egg
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Bake in an iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
