Tomato And Pear Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped tomatoes
    1 lb. chopped pears
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 onion, chopped
    1/8 to 1/2 Tbsp. cayenne
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pimentos.
    Boil slowly for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add pimentos; boil for 5 minutes more. Pack into jars and seal.
