Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. broken pecans

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients and place in greased casserole. Combine brown sugar, flour, margarine and pecans and sprinkle on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
