Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. parsley flakes or 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
pepper
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
Boil until soft.
Drain. Add butter and sour cream.
Beat.
Slowly add milk*.
Continue beating.
Shake on cheese.
Add parsley and pepper.
Whip until creamy.
