Stacy'S Marinated Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooked potatoes, quartered (use \"red\" potatoes)
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing (the bottled type)
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise *
    sliced hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Leave skin on potatoes when boiling.
    Put in large bowl when boiled and after drained.
    Make the following to pour over while potatoes are still warm:
    Italian salad dressing, sliced green onions and chopped parsley.
    Pour over the warm bite-size potatoes and let set for about 1 hour to marinate.
    Toss several times. Then add the mayonnaise.
    Toss until completely covered.
    Put in fridge for at least 2 hours.
    Better to chill overnight so flavors have plenty of time to blend.
    Just before serving, garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
