Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 tsp. basil
    2 small zucchini
    1 (No. 16) can Italian pear tomatoes
    2 cans beef bouillon
    3 cubes beef bouillon
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can Great Northern beans
Preparation
    Slice sausage 1/2-inch thick; brown in Dutch oven with olive oil.
    Add onion, garlic, carrots and basil; cook 5 minutes.
    Add zucchini, tomatoes and beef bouillon.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Add Northern beans and cabbage.
    Cook 20 to 30 minutes longer.
