Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag loose hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix together soups and sour cream.
    Microwave onions on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add onions, potatoes and cheese to soup and sour cream mixture.
    Add salt, pepper and onion powder.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Melt margarine and crumble Ritz crackers; mix with hands until all are buttery.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Sprinkle topping with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
