Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dried peaches
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, unbaked
4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. canned milk
Preparation

Put fruit in bottom of pie shell. Beat egg yolks. Add milk. Mix cornstarch with sugar.
Add sugar mixture and butter to beaten egg
yolks, then add vanilla flavoring.
Pour over fruit. Bake at 325\u00b0 until set.
Let cool.
