Hot Antipasto Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans artichoke hearts (Progresso, nonmarinated)
    2 (1 lb.) cans sliced white potatoes
    1 can black pitted olives
    2 (7 oz.) jars sliced red roasted peppers
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 c. flavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil artichoke hearts for 5 minutes.
    Drain and quarter.
    Mix all ingredients, except olives.
    Slice olives.
    Place on top. Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0 in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
