Cheesy Rice And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute white rice (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
    Bring broccoli and water to full boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add Velveeta. Stir until Velveeta is melted.
