Special Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Melt half of butter in large skillet; add potatoes and stir until coated.
    Mix other ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Melt other half of butter and stir in corn flakes. Spread over top of potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    For a one dish meal, add chunks of chicken or ham.
