Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli, cooked and drained well
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (I always use Ritz crackers)
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, mushroom soup, cheese, mayonnaise, egg and onion together in baking dish.
    Crumble cracker crumbs on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
