Southwestern Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. large shrimp
1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro
1 finely chopped jalapeno (remove seeds for milder dish)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
plain boiled rice
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1/4 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp; cut in half.
Heat oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Saute onion, cilantro and jalapeno for 5 minutes.\tStir in tomato sauce. Add shrimp and stir until shrimp turns pink. Serve over white rice. Serves 2.
