Great Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pare potatoes.
    Boil until tender; drain.
    Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
    Add hot potatoes, gradually beating until light and fluffy.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
