Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Velveeta
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil macaroni.
    Melt butter in saucepan; take off heat and add flour.
    Blend well; add milk slowly until blended with flour mixture (no lumps).
    Return to heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Grate cheese mix all together in baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
