Refrigerator Cukes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 cukes, sliced thin
1/2 c. salt
2 ice cube trays ice
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
2 c. vinegar
3 onions, sliced thin
Preparation
-
Soak cukes in salt and ice for 2 hours.
Drain well.
Heat the remaining ingredients (except onions) for 5 minutes, then cool. Add onions and mix together.
Put into refrigerator in quart or gallon jars or Tupperware.
