Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 c. water
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. rye flour (medium)
    2 c. graham flour
    approximately 7 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 just to brown the top, then at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
