Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix together the pineapple chunks, Cheddar cheese, sugar and flour.
    Put in baking dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers over this mixture.
    Pour melted margarine on top of crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
