Vivian'S Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a well-greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove cake from pan onto a tea towel covered with powdered sugar.
    Roll up towel and cake together.
    Put in freezer for 30 minutes.
    While cake is cooling, make the filling.
