Lemon Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
juice from 2 lemons
1 stick butter, melted
rind from 2 lemons
Preparation

Put sugar and rind into food processor.
Blend well.
Add egg yolks, juice and cooled butter; blend.
Warm on stove about 10 minutes.
Do not boil.
Put into puffed pastry.
