Mini Quiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 2-crust pie
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can shrimp
1/4 c. green onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. sliced black olives
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

On floured surface, roll half of pastry into a 12-inch circle. Cut 6 (4-inch) circles.
Repeat with second pastry.
Fit into 12 muffin pan cups.
Fill each muffin cup with some shrimp, green onion, black olives and cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in muffin cups.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 appetizers.
