Country Style Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 skinned chicken breasts, halved
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 medium onion, diced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In heavy 2-quart saucepan, melt butter. Combine bread crumbs and next 4 ingredients.
Dip chicken breast halves in melted butter; roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place in ungreased 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake in center of oven 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, add diced onion to remaining melted butter (1/2 cup).
Saute onion; add wine and chopped parsley.
Pour over golden brown chicken breasts.
Return to oven 3 to 5 minutes more just to heat sauce.
Serve with sauce spooned over breasts.
