Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast (any size)
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    3 potatoes, chopped
    1 can green beans with juice
    1 c. beef broth
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut chuck roast to chunks.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot; cook on high for 5 hours.
