Veal Veggie Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped veal or combo of veal and turkey
    spaghetti sauce of your choice
    1 small can mushroom pieces, drained
    1/4 c. dried vegetables (from spice section)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In the microwave:
    Mix 1/2 of your spaghetti sauce with all your ingredients.
    Using a quiche pan (micro-safe) form a loaf in a circle, leaving the center empty.
    Pour the rest of spaghetti sauce over the top of the circular meat loaf.
    Cook on High for 12 minutes.
    Pour off drippings.
    Cook on High approximately 5 minutes more (depending on your microwave).
    Serve with peas or another green vegetable in the center.
