Plum Wine Mandarin Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plum wine
    6 Tbsp. mandarin syrup, reserved from drained can of mandarins
    6 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat wine, mandarin syrup and corn syrup to a rolling boil. Add the lemon juice.
    Spread over cake or use as glaze for pork, ham or chicken.
