Coconut Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. blackberry jam
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs together, then add all other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
