Maple Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
    3 tsp. maple flavoring
    pinch of salt
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 c. or more pecans
Preparation
    Cook sugars, syrup, cream and salt over high heat until mixture forms a soft ball (235\u00b0) when dropped in water.
    Remove from heat. Add flavoring and pecans.
    Beat until creamy.
    Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
