Ingredients

1/4 c. hot roast beef drippings
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish and keep hot 1/4 cup roast beef drippings.
Beat until thick and piled softly 2 eggs.
Add to beaten eggs and beat with rotary beater until smooth milk, flour and salt.
Pour mixture over hot meat drippings and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and browned. Cut into squares and serve immediately with standing rib roast of beef.
