Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 or 8 flour tortillas
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper
4 to 6 oz. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Season to taste.
Combine beans, tomatoes and soup.
Line a greased ovenproof dish (2-quart) with tortillas.
Layer half of ground beef, soup mixture and cheese.
Add another layer of tortillas, meat and soup mixture, ending with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
