Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground veal
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. each finely chopped onion, green pepper, celery
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pack in a buttered loaf tin and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or moderate oven.
    Increase heat during last twenty minutes or so.
    Serve with sauteed pineapple slices.
