Green Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onions
1 c. green pepper
1 c. celery
8 oz. can mushrooms
5 to 6 c. diced chicken
10 oz. green noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick oleo
1 large jar diced pimento
1 lb. Velveeta
Preparation

Saute pepper, celery and onion in oleo.
Add cheese (cut into small pieces), soup, mushrooms, pimento and chicken.
Cook noodles in broth where chicken was cooked.
Add noodles to mixture and pour into casserole dish.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven (covered) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove cover and cook until brown, 5 minutes.
