Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
    2 hot peppers
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except cheese until all is mixed well.
    Pour mix in very hot oiled skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
