South Seas Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pot roast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 can tomato soup
4 medium onions
Preparation

Place roast in deep pot or casserole.
Mix sugar, ginger, soy sauce and soup.
Pour over meat.
Cut onions in thick slices. Place slices over meat.
Cover tightly and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours and 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
