Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients well.
    Refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Form into 2 logs; roll in finely chopped pecans and sprinkle parsley over top.
    Serve with crackers.
