Oven-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Combine milk and salt in a small pan or bowl and stir. Dip fish in milk and roll in crushed corn flakes. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
